Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Connector AI provides tools for source discovery, article ingestion, commentary generation, digest assembly, scheduling, and social publishing. Features may vary by subscription plan and may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Administrators may manage users, plans, and integrations within a workspace.
• You are responsible for all actions performed through your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.

4. Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content, sources, prompts, and connected accounts used in your workspace.
• You must ensure that you have rights to process, transform, and publish the data you submit.
• You must comply with the terms, rate limits, and policies of any third-party platform you connect, including AI providers and social networks.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, abuse third-party APIs, spread malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or process content in a way that materially harms others or violates platform rules.

6. AI outputs and editorial review

The service may generate suggestions, commentary, or adapted publication text. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or context-sensitive. You remain responsible for review and final publication decisions.

7. Integrations

The service may connect to Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Reddit, and other services. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, suspensions, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms.

8. Subscriptions and billing

• Access to certain platforms or features may require a paid subscription tier.
• Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly.
• Trial access may be limited in duration or functionality.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, or loss of access to paid features.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, improve, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Intellectual property

The software, interface, branding, documentation, and platform design remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions required for us to operate the service.

11. Confidentiality and security

We will use reasonable measures to protect workspace secrets and configuration data. You acknowledge that no hosted software environment is perfectly secure and that prompt revocation of compromised credentials remains your responsibility.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk to the platform or other users, fail to pay, or use the service in a prohibited way. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion according to our data deletion process.

13. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where the law does not permit such exclusion. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, reputational harm, or interruption of business. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the period defined by applicable law or, if greater protection is required, the minimum limitation permitted by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law designated in your main commercial agreement with us or, if no separate agreement exists, by the law specified in the final production version of this website. Until finalized, business users should contact us before relying on a jurisdiction-specific interpretation.
