Data Deletion
This page explains how users, workspace administrators, and third-party platform users can request the deletion of data processed by Connector AI.
1. What can be deleted
- Account profile data, where deletion is allowed by law and subject to billing or security retention obligations.
- Workspace data such as branches, keywords, sources, templates, digests, and publishing schedules.
- Connected social account tokens, identifiers, and integration records.
- Imported articles, generated commentary, and other workspace content controlled by the user or workspace administrator.
2. In-app deletion options
Where available, administrators can remove sources, drafts, publication slots, and connected integrations directly inside the application. Disconnecting a social integration removes stored tokens and clears related branch assignments.
3. Account-level deletion requests
To request deletion of an account or workspace, email legal@hitechbg.com or support@hitechbg.com using the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your full name and account email.
- The workspace name, if applicable.
- A clear description of the data you want deleted.
- Whether you want full account closure or only deletion of selected content or integrations.
4. Verification
Before processing a deletion request, we may ask for additional verification to confirm identity, account ownership, or workspace authority. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion.
5. Processing timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, security investigations, dispute holds, or the technical limits of connected third-party providers.
6. Data that may be retained
- Billing and transaction records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Security logs required to investigate abuse or confirm the legitimacy of a deletion request.
- Backup data that may persist temporarily until routine backup cycles expire or are overwritten.
7. Third-party services
If your data has been sent to third-party services such as social networks, payment providers, hosting vendors, or AI model providers, those services may maintain their own copies or logs according to their own policies. We can delete or disconnect the data stored in our system, but we do not control external retention policies.
8. Social platform user deletion requests
If you are a user from a connected social platform and want platform-related data removed from our service, contact us using the email above and reference the platform account, username, or profile identifier that was connected to the workspace.
9. Contact
